April Driving Tour (Shindigs in Winfield)

Tour of the Southern Flint Hills. Start time will be 9AM sharp, so please arrive by 8:30 to sign the waiver and attend a brief safety meeting. Start location is Andover High School parking lot 1744 N. Andover Road. Lunch and tour end at Shindigs Bar and Grill in Winfield. There will be one restroom stop about halfway through. Driving time will be just over 2 hours. ETA to Shindigs will be around 11:30AM.

Route highlight will include Grouse Creek road. You will think you are in the Ozarks, short sight lines, lots of curves, trees and hills. A stop at Henrys Candies in Dexter along with beginning the drive by turning south on Thunder Road south of Augusta is included. We conclude at Shindigs in Winfield, with the upstairs reserved for us.

The restaurant has capacity for 30 people in our group, so lunch reservations are capped to the first 30 people who register here. No lunch reservations after April 17 when we need to give final count to Shindigs.
